    • Wild life is a totally diferent story , Jackie !
There is freedom . There are risks.
There is peace. There is violence.
      The fittest survives.
Nature stays a witness to everything !

I enjoyed the short visit. May go again later for more experience.

      Shall see the documentary.

      Thank you so much.

    • 🙂 ! Thank you. They do care for the family , especially the young ones.

Something for the human beings – to learn from them.

      Thank you.

    • Early morning sun with the light swooping down through the forest lit this scene.
      Elephants are certainly beautiful ! Anyday , anytime ! 🙂 !

      Thanks a lot !

  1. The play of light and shadow is almost perfect. Are these wild elephants? The photographer has to be careful!     Dr.KAVITA RAJA

This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.

it was shot in Kabani forests , near Wynad .
We were close by ,but at a safe distance.

    • We see a lot of elephants at festivities in India.
But to see them in the wild , as you said , was totally different.
It was certainly the early morning light in the forest , that was a treat for the eyes.

      Thank you , Coral !

  2. Over here in San Diego we get excited when we see rabbits and squirrels in their natural habitat. I can’t imagine seeing some of the animals outside that you see there and that the Australians see, those wallabies and kangaroos. Fascinating places to live, for sure!
