    • Thank you JB , for reblogging the image.

Sorry for the short break . I was away on a holiday trip.
      Could not do blogging regularly.
      Will be regular now.

      Thanks again.

  1. You can see every little feather on this bird. You can see the new feathers coming out around its face and neck. They look like tiny straws until the feather is ready and then sheds the straw-like covering. This is very nice, Utham, very nice indeed!.

    • Have been to a safari trip in India , Jackie.
This colorful bird was seen in the forest .
They seem to enjoy freedom of nature to the full .

      Thank you.

    • ๐Ÿ™‚ ! It was a totally fresh experience , George , to be in the midst of nature , in the wild .
And this little bird was seen in the forest.
I was really impressed by the spectrum of colors it has .

Thank you for your kind words.
Shall share the new pictures .

    • Thnk you so much , Phil !
I am delighted to hear this from you.

Your bird pics are my inspiration !
My attempts to get a good shot of bird in flight have not been successful so far . ๐Ÿ˜ฆ !
      I shall keep trying !

  2. Utham,

That was yet another superb shot. So beautiful! The gnarled branch on which this winged-beauty is perched adds to the effect. The bird is an Indian Roller.
