    AT LAST !!!! – another Utham chef d’oeuvre !!! 🙂
No, I don’t mean to be berating you, for you have long since explained your position. But I can’t help being overjoyed to see ‘Light Touch’ in my Inbox, and being taken to yet another glorious, colourful, living frame of a creature …
You’d better remain healthy for at least the next … oh … 15 years ?!

  2. Cautious indeed!
The cute, calm creature is alert.
Those eyes are sure looking out for the slightest trace of movement and those wings will launch the entire body to flight.
    Beautiful shot Uthamz!

    • It was watching carefully as our vehicle was approaching .
And with long zoom lens being pointed out at its direction, it was getting ready to escape .
      Basic survival instinct !

Thank you , teecee , for the kind words .

Who knew brown could be so lovely and shine like this bird? I tried to find out what the bird’s name is but gave up. Uthamz, you truly found a one-of-a-kind feathered friend! 🙂

    • I too , did not know , what kind of bird it is, Jackie. 🙂 !
All that I knew was it is beautiful with a fantastic color combo.

Fortunately , I have a friend who is an authority on birds .
He tells me it is a rare bird – very much elusive – called Red – Wattled Lapwing
I am sure , he is right.

      Thank you , Jackie
