  1. Hi there. Great photo, I was just wondering whereabouts you go to get such shots? And how long it takes for each opportunity? 🙂

    1. Thanks – a lot , Graham !

I have been to Kenya twice . Usually entire day we spent in the forest area .
When some interesting animals / behavioral patterns are seen , we spend adequate time – depending upon the situation.
Sometimes less than 30 minutes .if we think ,nothing important will happen , we leave.
Sometimes 4- 6 hours , especially when the animals show signs of spectacular events like crossing of Mara river , during the Great Migration.
A lot depends upon luck – to be in the right place at right time .
After all , we have absolutely no control on these events / animals .

      Thanks again ! 🙂 !

      1. Thanks for that insight. Really interesting to hear about the timings. I always feel really lucky whenever a creature decides to spend a little time nearby and allow me to photograph it, even if it is something fairly commonplace in the garden.
